After the device is powered on, the device does not turn on and the indicator is off
1) Replace the power cord and power plug
2) If the power is still unavailable after replacement, please contact the seller to repair the equipment.

The device does not respond after being powered on
1) Replace the power cord and power plug
2) If it still cannot be started after manual upgrade, the equipment needs to be repaired

The device does not respond after System Startup
1) Replace the power cord and power plug
2) If not, contact the seller to repair the equipment.

Repeated device restart
1) Replace the power cord and power plug
2) If not, contact the seller to repair the equipment.

Must the camera be connected to a power supply
Cameras are available with and without batteries. Cameras without batteries must be connected to a power source before they can be used. Please contact the seller for details

Can I turn the camera volume up/down
The camera volume is fixed and cannot be adjusted
